銀保監(jiān)會招人了！明天開始報名

10月24日，國家公務員局發(fā)布公告，中央機關(guān)及其直屬機構(gòu)2023年度公務員招考報名即將開始。本次招考共計劃招錄3.71萬人。

考生可于10月25日8:00至11月3日18:00期間，登錄“中央機關(guān)及其直屬機構(gòu)2023年度考試錄用公務員專題網(wǎng)站”進行網(wǎng)上報名。公共科目筆試將于12月4日在全國各直轄市、省會城市、自治區(qū)首府和部分較大的城市同時舉行。

值得注意的是，2023年度中國銀保監(jiān)會招考職位包含“銀保監(jiān)財經(jīng)類、銀保監(jiān)財會類、銀保監(jiān)法律類、銀保監(jiān)計算機類、銀保監(jiān)綜合類”五類，在試題題型方面，筆試試卷全部為客觀題（單項選擇題或多項選擇題）；在考試內(nèi)容方面，要求考生掌握經(jīng)濟金融基礎(chǔ)知識，及所報考職位類別重點測查的專業(yè)知識，并具備良好的知識運用能力。

銀保監(jiān)財經(jīng)類

側(cè)重考察與銀行保險監(jiān)管相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟金融知識，包括宏觀經(jīng)濟學、微觀經(jīng)濟學、貨幣銀行學、商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務與經(jīng)營知識、金融監(jiān)管理論與實踐、國際金融學、保險學等。

銀保監(jiān)財會類

側(cè)重考察與銀行保險監(jiān)管相關(guān)的財務管理及會計核算等知識，包括會計基礎(chǔ)知識、會計準則及其實務應用、財務管理及管理會計相關(guān)知識、審計相關(guān)知識等。

銀保監(jiān)法律類

側(cè)重考察與銀行保險監(jiān)管相關(guān)的法律知識，包括法學基本理論、憲法、行政法、民商法、經(jīng)濟法、刑法、國際法等。

銀保監(jiān)計算機類

側(cè)重考察信息技術(shù)理論與實務，包括信息系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、軟件工程與項目管理、數(shù)據(jù)庫與數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析、網(wǎng)絡技術(shù)及應用、信息安全及信息科技風險管理等。

銀保監(jiān)綜合類

側(cè)重考察與銀行保險監(jiān)管相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟金融知識和統(tǒng)計學、管理學、語言文學等學科知識。

據(jù)介紹，本次招考錄用計劃向重點人群、重點地區(qū)傾斜。設置2.5萬個計劃專門招錄應屆高校畢業(yè)生，服務和促進高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)。堅持重視基層的導向，有近2.8萬個計劃補充到縣（區(qū)）級及以下直屬機構(gòu)，艱苦邊遠地區(qū)基層機關(guān)職位結(jié)合實際采取了降低學歷要求、放寬專業(yè)條件、不限制工作年限和經(jīng)歷等措施降低進入門檻，進一步充實基層公務員隊伍。為鼓勵引導人才向基層一線流動、積極投身國防事業(yè)，本次招考設置3000余個計劃定向招錄服務基層項目人員和在軍隊服役5年以上的高校畢業(yè)生退役士兵。

2023年度中國銀保監(jiān)會招考職位專業(yè)科目筆試考試大綱

一、職位類別

報考中國銀保監(jiān)會的考生須按照“銀保監(jiān)財經(jīng)類、銀保監(jiān)財會類、銀保監(jiān)法律類、銀保監(jiān)計算機類、銀保監(jiān)綜合類”五類職位報考。請考生務必牢記自己所報考職位的類別，在答題卡“職位類別”一欄正確選擇填涂，并按照相應類別答題。

二、試題題型和試卷裝訂

“銀保監(jiān)財經(jīng)類、銀保監(jiān)財會類、銀保監(jiān)法律類、銀保監(jiān)計算機類、銀保監(jiān)綜合類”五類職位筆試試卷全部為客觀題（單項選擇題或多項選擇題）。考生須在答題卡中填涂答題，在試卷中答題視為無效。五類試卷按序排列，合訂成一本，請考生務必按照自己報考職位類別選擇正確的部分試題作答，考試時間120分鐘。

三、分值比例

專業(yè)筆試滿分100分，其中：經(jīng)濟金融基礎(chǔ)知識占比10%，專業(yè)知識占比80%，英語占比10%。

四、考試內(nèi)容

考生應掌握經(jīng)濟金融基礎(chǔ)知識，及所報考職位類別重點測查的專業(yè)知識，并具備良好的知識運用能力。

（一）銀保監(jiān)財經(jīng)類考試側(cè)重考察與銀行保險監(jiān)管相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟金融知識，包括宏觀經(jīng)濟學、微觀經(jīng)濟學、貨幣銀行學、商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務與經(jīng)營知識、金融監(jiān)管理論與實踐、國際金融學、保險學等；
